Our company

For over 10 years we have been offering our clients residential rental services in the Central and Northern areas of Bucharest, focusing mainly - although not exclusively - on expatriate clients, representatives of multinational companies and embassies in Romania. During this time we have developed a strong understanding that finding the right home in a new country is perhaps one of the most difficult and stressful aspects of an international relocation. We have a wide portfolio of properties from which we select all potential homes according to each individual client’s request. Usual considerations are, budget, distance to work and schools, public transportation, etc. but each client's unique set of criteria is used in our home selection process. Our dedicated team arrange all visits and appointments, accompanying the client to each and are able to assist them with contract negotiations, document translation and inventory inspection on move-in day.

Our home search program includes:

  • Initial discussion with the client to determine their specific needs and preferences
  • Tailored search of our portfolio and the wider market for suitable properties
  • Accompanied viewing tour of the selected properties by car; pick-up and drop off where needed
  • Negotiation and English translation of rental contract and lease terms as required
  • Client assistance on property walk through and inventory inspection through to and including contract signing.
