Floreasca

Floreasca neighbourhood is considered to be the quiet part of Bucharest, in part, due it's low population density and numerous parks including Verdi and Floreasca. It's situated just to the east of Dorobanti and south of Pipera and offers residents and visitors alike a unique Bucharest experience. With it's artisan bakeries, local produce stores, fine restaurants and coffee shops all within a stones throw of each other Floreasca has become a sought after location for prospective Bucharestians. Besides the local businesses, essentially all of the buildings in the area are residential. The rental offers include new apartment buildings and villas but also apartments in the two storey period buildings are a popular choice. Transport connections to the Pipera business area are very good as well as to the city center giving one more reason for the areas popularity, if it really needed it.
