Primaverii district is probably the most famous residential area in Bucharest due to the popularity of it, for many decades, amongst diplomats, politicians and presidents alike. It is bordered to the south by the area of Dorobanti and to the north, east and west by either parks or lakes, making it a very quiet place to live. The apartments for rent are exquisite, stunning penthouses with top quality finishings and great views over the green surroundings as well as fully refurbished historical villas with beautiful architecture can be found. This exclusive neighbourhood has many benefits for residents besides the parks of Herastrau, Bordei and Floreasca. The restaurants in the area are excellent, the quiet, tree-lined streets give a real sense of calm, public transportation is easily accessible whether heading north to Pipera or south into the city and the neighbouring area of Dorobanti is full of fine shopping and dining experiences. Due to it's exclusivity the rental opportunities are generally limited and in terms of monthly rent Primaverii is probably one of the most expensive in the city. But, if it's within your grasp, a location in Primaverii is a fine choice.
